As GL knows that you expect your parts to arrive in the best condition possible. While there are some things we can’t always plan for, proper care in how a part is packaged for shipment is key to preventing unwanted damage. We use proper parkaging material and the most cost-effective way to pack the parts before delivery to ensure that they do not slide around during shipping. This diminishes the risk of part impingement occurring and keeps the integrity of the newly finished surface intact. Normally, we use custom-sized wooden, plastic and corrugated paper cartons for outer boxes with individual cushion inside layer for each part. We are happy and capable to develop special packaging designs and make it possible for the unique requirement for the delivery of your parts.
