The Tools For Great Quality
We use world class software and measuring devices to be proactive in predicting out of control characteristic trends to prevent unnecessary spills and reactionary measures. Our coordinate measuring machines(CMM) collect data to be analyzed in real time, providing instant feedback to our process engineers. Gages are cali-brated regularly, with database tracking alerting quality technicians when a gage is due for calibration.
Own Production and Assembly
For more than 15 years, GL parts & components have been manufactured in our own production facilities. We regularly renew and expand our machine park because we are able to produce high performance and high quality parts with modern CNC turning centres. The same quality standards apply to all of our 3 production sites, and our technicians are regularly on site to monitor them. For everything that we cannot technically implement, we have long-standing partners at our side who enjoy our fullest trust. We can also offer assembly services and they take place at the headquarters of our group in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province in Southern China. This enables us to offer our customers high & consistent product quality and the punctuality in fulfillment of orders .
